Ritual Bath Making
Learn about the magic of water as you create a variety of bath blends with oils, flowers, special stones, candles, milk powder, and salts to make the most relaxing ways to soothe your worries and stress away. Includes tea, spa treats, and take-home recipe cards to create your luxury bubble bath experience from home!
Spa Policies
To ensure your optimal experience, we strongly advise pre-booking your spa treatments ahead of time, considering the limited availability and the spaciousness of the spa.
In order to maintain a tranquil atmosphere for all guests visiting the Tree Spa Pop-Up at Cape Arundel Inn & Resort, we kindly request that noise levels be kept to a minimum. For safety purposes, we suggest abstaining from consuming alcohol prior to receiving any spa treatments. We regret to inform you that children are not allowed in the spa area, and in consideration of other guests, we kindly ask that you leave your cell phone behind. Lastly, we would like to remind all guests that smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.
Early Arrival
To ensure a smooth and timely experience for our guests, we kindly request that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill out the Guest Intake Form. In the event of tardiness, we may need to adjust your service or shorten it to accommodate our schedule and other guests. Our goal is to provide exceptional service to everyone, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us achieve that.
Cancellation
To avoid being charged for 100% of the service and gratuity, it is necessary to provide a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel any appointments.
Special Consideration
We kindly request your attention to your current physical condition. In the event of a sore throat, cough, fatigue, shortness of breath, or close proximity to individuals with Covid-19, we would like to advise against booking appointments at this time. It would also be greatly appreciated if you could inform us of any existing medical conditions, injuries, or ongoing physician care. As our spa professionals prioritize your well-being, conditions like pregnancy, high blood pressure, and heart ailments require special attention. Rest assured, we strive to provide you with exceptional care and will tailor our services to your unique needs whenever possible.
What to Wear
There is generally no need for any particular attire during treatments, as our therapists possess expertise in the use of proper draping methods that ensure your utmost privacy and comfort.
Gratuities
Gratuity is not included in the prices listed. To ensure excellent service, a 20% gratuity will be added to all services provided.
Location & Parking
The Tree Spa Pop-Up can be found within the Clubhouse facility situated at 8 Old Fort Avenue in Cape Arundel. Convenient parking options are available in front of the building as well as designated spots at the back of the building.
Payment
We gladly welcome Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover as forms of payment. Furthermore, guests staying at Cape Arundel Inn & Resort are provided the convenience of charging any services they avail of to their room account.
